FPL Touchline is a Fantasy Premier League assistant application that provides data analysis, AI-powered advice, team management tools, and football news aggregation to help users make informed FPL decisions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with others
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
Abuse the AI chat feature (e.g., spam, prompt injection, or generating harmful content)
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without permission
Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls

5. FPL Data & Third-Party Content

The Service displays data sourced from the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) API and third-party news sources. This data is provided "as is" and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or changes beyond our control.

Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, and all associated logos and trademarks are the property of the Premier League. FPL Touchline is an independent, unofficial application.

News articles linked from the Service are the property of their respective publishers. We aggregate headlines and summaries for informational purposes only.

6. AI Advice Disclaimer

The AI assistant provides suggestions and analysis based on available data. This advice is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any recommendations.

You are solely responsible for your own FPL decisions. FPL Touchline shall not be liable for any points lost, transfers made, or chips played based on AI suggestions.

7. Service Tiers & Limits

The Service may offer different usage tiers (free, standard, premium) with varying limits on AI messages, features, and data access. We reserve the right to modify these tiers, limits, and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The FPL Touchline application, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by FPL Touchline. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
